Alison Bechdel was born September 10th, 1960 and we’re the ones benefitting from her humorous, insightful, and honest storytelling from her Dykes To Watch Out For to Fun Home to Are You My Mother?. Dykes To Watch Out For ran for twenty five years and Bechdel syndicated the comic strip by herself. Both incredible accomplishments in their own rights. Let’s wish Ms Bechdel many more wonderful and creative years ahead!
