Thursday’s “Con Man” The Fan Revolt 13 Years In The Making panel at Comic Con provided the backdrop for a sweet marriage proposal from Barry Bishop (the taller man) to Billy Brooks. Bishop and Brooks have been a couple for a number of years and work on the webseries Con Man as visual effects and makeup artists.
